Rock City formally opened the Storm Shelter in the RC Event Center, Friday night 8-11-17. Featuring a drink and snack bar, teaching center, video game section, ping pong, and pool table, several tables for board and card games, and designed for open concept interaction, The Storm Shelter is the new home for The Storm Youth Program!!
